How to Get Doflamingo (Pink Villain) in Anime Vanguards

Doflamingo, also known as Pink Villain, is not just another raid secret. He completely changes how team building works by letting you turn one unit into an entire Monarch army. Once evolved, he becomes one of the most mechanically broken and cost-efficient units ever added to Anime Vanguards.

This guide walks you through unlocking him, evolving him, and understanding exactly why he is so powerful.

How to Unlock Doflamingo

Doflamingo is obtained from the Happy Factory Raid.

To access the faster farming route, you must unlock Act Two.

Inside Act One, look for the large yellow light beam behind the enemy spawn. Interact with the keypad.

During the raid, the wave counter at the top of your screen will turn green and display red digits. These digits form a four-digit code.

Enter the code into the keypad to unlock Act Two.

Act Two gives a 50% chance to drop Doflamingo and a 50% chance to drop Chopper, making it the best way to farm him.

How Act Two Works

Act Two introduces special mechanics that punish careless play.

Innocents will spawn throughout the map.
Killing any Innocent instantly fails the raid.

From Wave 20 onward, explosive barrels spawn.
These barrels must not be killed.
Let the barrels reach Doflamingo at the back of the map.

Once they reach him, he revives with massive HP and the real damage phase begins.
Defeat him during this phase to clear the raid and roll for the secret drop.

How to Get His Evolution Item

Doflamingo’s evolution item is Flamboyant Glasses.

These are purchased from the Raid Shop for 600 Raid Coins.

You will also need Yellow Essences, Pink Essences, takedowns, and additional crafting materials to complete his evolution.

How to Evolve Doflamingo

Once you collect Flamboyant Glasses and all required materials, head to the Upgrade menu and evolve Pink Villain into Pink Villain Celestial.

At this stage, he unlocks his full kit and becomes one of the most unique units in the game.

Why Doflamingo Is So Broken

Pink Villain does not act like a normal unit.

Every empty team slot is automatically filled with a clone of him at match start.
Each clone has its own placement limits and upgrades.
Upgrading one Pink Villain reduces the upgrade cost of all others.

This creates a self-scaling Monarch army that becomes cheaper the more you invest into him.

Core Abilities and Passives

Conqueror’s Aura
Stuns all enemies in range for 2 seconds and applies Wanted.

Crew Dictator
Doflamingo cannot be sold or deleted, dodges all attacks, has stun immunity, and applies Wanted on every attack.

Wanted Debuff
Enemies marked with Wanted take increased damage, drop more Yen, and take bonus damage from Pirate units.

Puppet Clones
Automatically fills your team with Doflamingo clones at match start and reduces upgrade costs across all copies.

String Dominion
Deals massive burst damage and spawns tentacle units across the track that continue attacking enemies independently.

Puppet Master
Converts non-boss enemies into friendly summons.

Damage and Scaling

At max upgrade with Monarch, Doflamingo reaches over 1 million damage per attack, stays full AoE, and scales faster than almost any other unit because of his stacking cost-reduction passive.

His tentacle units also act as additional attackers, multiplying total map DPS far beyond what standard teams can achieve.
