Anime Raids Beginner Guide – Trello & Wiki Link

Anime Raids throws you straight into dungeon-style combat where your team of anime-inspired heroes battles through waves of enemies and a boss at the end. Each run gives you rewards like relics, shards, and upgrade materials, which help you strengthen your team for the next challenge.

You can play manually or let the auto-battle system handle the grind — perfect for farming crystals or leveling up your weaker heroes.

Currencies Explained

There are four main currencies you’ll be juggling from the start:

Currency Description How to Get
Gems The base currency used for summoning heroes and boosts. Story stages, quests, daily rewards
Talent Crystals (Blue) Used for talent rolls to improve a unit’s passive bonuses. Quests, leveling up
Enchant Crystals (Purple) Needed for enchanting and ascending heroes. Dungeon drops, event rewards
Gold Coins Basic upgrade currency for relics and ascensions. Missions, dungeons, idle rewards

Tip: Don’t burn your Talent Crystals too early — talent rolls are random, and you’ll want to save for higher-rarity units later on.

3. Summoning Heroes

To build your team, head to the Summon menu. You can summon once or use x10 Summon for better odds.

Summon Details:

  • You can pull Heroes or Shards.
  • If you already own a hero, duplicates turn into Shards automatically.
  • Shards are used to Ascend your heroes — increasing stats and rarity.
  • You can also buy Luck Boosts to slightly improve your pull rates.

Pro Tip: Always save up for 10x summons — they give better value and save time.

4. Units & Ascension System

Your heroes (called Units) are your core team members. Each has its own stats, skills, and rarities.

How Ascension Works:

  • You need duplicate heroes or shards to ascend.
  • Ascending boosts stats and may unlock extra abilities.
  • You can view your duplicates directly in the Units tab.

If you get tons of the same low-tier hero, don’t delete them — ascend and use them for early progression.

5. Relics & Equipment

Relics are your equipment system. They provide stat bonuses like health, power, and crit chance.

You can:

  • Equip Relics directly from the “Equip” section.
  • Upgrade Relics using coins and specific materials.
  • Equip Best to automatically assign your strongest relics.

Higher rarity relics (like Epic or Legendary) can massively change your team’s performance.

Example:
A Claws Relic may boost attack power by 10%, while a Crown Relic might increase HP and crit rate.

6. Talents & Enchanting

Every hero has Talent slots that can be rolled using Talent Crystals.

You’ll get random stat bonuses, like:

  • Attack Increase
  • Cooldown Reduction
  • Critical Damage
  • HP Boosts

Some rolls are extremely rare. For example, “Atomic Talent” grants +100% Attack and -100% Cooldown, which is top-tier.

Tip: Keep an eye on rarity percentages before rolling — anything under 1% is usually worth keeping.

7. Team Formation

You can create up to three team setups — great for switching between farming and boss fights.

Formation Tips:

  • Frontline = high HP tanks or melee units
  • Backline = ranged or high DPS characters
  • Use Auto Formation if you’re unsure, but manual placement gives better control.

Team Example:

  • Frontline: Sakura, Luffy
  • Backline: Goku, Sasuke, Gojo

8. Combat & Raids

To enter battle, go to Play → Story Mode and select an Act or Chamber.

Each stage includes:

  • 9 Waves of Enemies
  • A Boss Battle at the end

You can toggle Auto Battle and Auto Next if you want to speed through raids hands-free.

Manual Tip: You can manually activate hero skills for burst damage — this is crucial in tougher waves or against bosses like the Shadow Monarch.

9. Rewards & Progression

After each raid, you’ll earn:

  • Relics
  • Gold
  • Crystals
  • XP for your account level

Your Account Level unlocks new features, story acts, and better rewards.

Keep checking the Quest Tab for missions — they give big crystal and gem payouts early on.

10. Early Game Tips

  1. Always Summon in Bulk: 10x summons = better odds.
  2. Ascend Duplicates: Never waste extra copies.
  3. Equip Best Relics: The difference in power is massive.
  4. Don’t Auto-Roll Talents Yet: Wait for stronger heroes.
  5. Push Story First: Story gives the best first-week rewards.
  6. Use Auto Battle for Farming: Great for idle grinding.
  7. Save Boosts for Boss Fights: Especially for Acts 3+.

11. Trello & Wiki Resources

While the official Trello hasn’t been publicly shared, you can expect it to include:

  • Unit Tier Lists
  • Relic Drop Tables
  • Talent Effects
  • Act Boss Info
  • Update Patch Notes

Once available, it’ll be linked directly in-game or via the Anime Raids Discord.

Anime Raids blends idle progression with hands-on hero combat, giving you both grind depth and strategic flexibility. Your first few hours will revolve around summoning, upgrading relics, and experimenting with team synergy — but once your power spikes, you’ll start farming high-tier dungeons for rare relics and epic units.
