In this Half Sword Beginners Guide Wiki, I will show you the basics to Half Sword, such as combat, game modes how everything works. Before you read this I am still just a noob, just teaching even noober noobs how to play Half Sword.

This will teach you the basic stuff about Half Sword

In the menu, there are clickable symbols on the right, they basically are classes you can choose from. (kinda) Each class has a different amount of armor on their body, with the class on top having the most, and the class at the bottom having none. They all have a wide range of weapons, (except for the bottom class) but you cant actually choose what weapon you want, you just keep clicking on the same button until you get weapons your comfortable with. (Sucks, I know.)

If it’s your first time opening the game, your going to want to head into setting and turn up the graphics, or else the game is going to look like a pixelated piece of ♥♥♥♥. But dont set it too high or your computer will run at 1 frame per full moon. (go to settings, and then set the graphics to whichever your comfortable with.)

Hold down rmb, lmb or both and violently swing your mouse around your mouse pad, and whichever way you move your mouse, your character swings, simple.

If you do want to start playing, then just click on “play demo!” If you already have some experience in playing, and your tired of that stupid practice dummy always getting in the way, then head to settings > game > turn off tutorial dummy.

If your in a game and wondering what the colors around your screen are, red means that you have been hit and from where, if your whole screen is red, it means you’re on the verge of death. If its black however, it means you are tired and need to back up to regain stamina, or you’ve taken blunt force.

GAME MODES

Before we get into this section, know that some game modes are only available for certain classes.

Single combat –
Enter a 1v1 battle against someone as the same class as you, but different weapons.

Carnage –
5 people, including you, all fight to the death until there is one standing. All the same class, with different weapons.

Small buhurt –
A 3v3 battle with a red team and a blue team, when everyone on one team is dead, the other wins. Of course, all the same class with varying weapons.

Spoilance –
you and 4 other enemys spawn with no weapons, and must go to the middle for a weapon. Last one standing wins. Kind of like hunger games, idk, I never read it.

Brave stand – (only available for highest class)
You versus 4 other weaker enemys, all trying to kill you. They have less armor and smaller weapons

Fist fight (only available for the bottom class)
You and one other enemy fight to the death with fists.

COMBAT

The combat in this game is super unique, and is kind of similar to Tabs, so i will have to split this up into 2 categories

Combat- 1 weapon

This subcategory will show how to manage your one weapon (e.g. sword, spear)

If you hold right click, you will hold your weapon by the handle, or have your hands near each other if your not using a sword (e.g. spear)If you hold left click, or just hold down both buttons,

you will enter a defensive position, where you put one hand on the handle of your sword, and the other on your blade.

Combat – 2 weapons

This subcategory will show you how to manage your weapons, if you have 1 in each hand (e.g. 2 blades, sword and shield.) If you hold 1 button down, left click for example, the weapon in your left had will rise and you will be able to swing with it, while the other remains by your chest. same goes for right click.

If you hold down both buttons, you will hold out both weapons, and you will be able to swing them both and the same time. Even though you may look like a girl doing so, its probably most effective.
