Step 1 – Enter the Christmas World

First, load into the game and head to the Christmas World. Lost Candies can only be obtained inside this area, so make sure you are fully inside the Christmas map before continuing.

Once you arrive, do not wander around randomly. The objective is located inside a specific house.

Step 2 – Find and Enter the House

Inside the Christmas World, locate the house nearby. Walk up to the entrance and go inside. If the door does not let you in at first, step back slightly and try again until the interior loads correctly.

Entering this house is mandatory, as the puzzle for Lost Candies is hidden inside.

Step 3 – Go Downstairs to the Puzzle Area

After entering the house, move forward and head downstairs. This will take you into a lower area where you will see several wheel mechanisms.
