The Block team introduced a correction to the Creator Showdown reward system after the voting-day issues. Instead of locking items permanently based on your original guesses, your rewards now depend on a simple quest you can complete inside the game. This quest determines whether you stay at your current reward tier or rise to the next one.
Your progression is entirely based on the reward badge you currently own:
This fix is active only until December 8, so players must complete the quest before that deadline. The quest does not repeat; once you earn the item connected to your tier, that is your final reward.
Your current position decides your maximum possible reward.
Completing the quest grants you the Showdown Shades.
You cannot upgrade beyond this tier.
Completing the quest grants you the Hammer.
Completing the quest grants you the Antlers, which is the highest tier.
You can still join the game and complete the quest, but you will only receive the Shades.
The quest centers on performing a full DJ track and earning three thumbs-up likes from players in the server. You must achieve three likes on one single song; progressing to the next track resets the like counter.
Enter the game and look for the quest indicator. Then:
To satisfy the quest conditions:
Playing in a public server increases your chances dramatically because many players are completing the same quest. Most players will actively like each other’s tracks to help everyone progress quickly.
Once you finish the track with three likes:
Your new cosmetic item appears under your Roblox inventory. The moment the badge is awarded, the reward is permanent.
This system does not allow infinite upgrading. Your maximum possible reward depends strictly on what you owned before the fix rolled out.
The update provides a fair way for players to complete their reward path without redoing the flawed voting system. The quest ensures that each player gets exactly one tier above what they previously earned, while newcomers still receive something meaningful without overreaching the original event rewards.
