- Once you hand over the Sea Turtle, the NPC will direct you to a hidden area on the island.
Step 3: Find the Secret Cave
- Follow the NPC’s hint and head to the other side of Terrapin Island.
- Look for a hidden cave entrance tucked near the cliffs.
- Inside, follow the tunnel and take the first left.
Step 4: Wait for a Foggy Night
- Inside the cave, you’ll find a lever that can only be pulled during foggy weather at night.
- When the conditions are right, pull the lever. Doing so will teleport you into the Cultist Layer — a secret underground zone.
